Meet Jordan Cunningham, Owner of Cunningham Invest and current Membership Chair for Golden Young Professionals. Jordan’s journey into real estate investing began in 2023 as a side hustle flipping homes. By 2025, he took the leap to leave his career in construction and pursue real estate full time—a bold move that has already led to seven successful property flips. With a degree in Construction Management from CSU and six years of experience in pre-construction at DT Construct, Jordan brings a deep knowledge of residential construction that gives him an edge in the world of house flipping.

Jordan loves walking through homes and envisioning their potential. For him, the thrill comes from dreaming up the end result, pulling the details together, and bringing that vision to life. While he admits flipping homes can be both fulfilling and scary, he sees working for himself as a true blessing. Recently, Jordan has listed impressive projects such as 823 Trail Ridge Drive in Louisville and 3265 E Hinsdale Place in Centennial—both large, high-end renovations that were as exciting as they were challenging.

Jordan joined Golden Young Professionals three years ago to network and connect with like-minded professionals in his hometown community. He credits GYP with helping him grow personally and professionally, building relationships with strong entrepreneurs and business leaders who gave him the confidence to work for himself. As Membership Chair, Jordan is passionate about helping others experience that same sense of connection and growth.
