Golden Fine Arts Festival
Each summer, GYP volunteers help bring this iconic two-day event to life. Held in historic downtown Golden and hosted by the Golden Chamber of Commerce, the Fine Arts Festival showcases nationally juried artists, live music, food vendors, and thousands of art lovers. GYP members assist with event logistics, artist support, and hospitality to ensure a welcoming, memorable experience for all.

Golden turns into a holiday wonderland every December, and GYP is proud to support a variety of festive events that bring cheer to locals and visitors alike:

Candlelight Walk
We help light up the season—literally! GYP members volunteer to support the magical Candlelight Walk, where carolers stroll through downtown holding candles, culminating in the grand illumination of Golden's 45,000+ holiday lights. -
Holiday Parade
From organizing floats to spreading smiles, GYP plays a key role in this beloved holiday parade filled with music, classic characters, and community joy. -
Jingle on the Avenue
This interactive holiday celebration invites families to meet their favorite festive characters and enjoy carriage rides, holiday tunes, and winter magic. GYP volunteers help keep the spirit bright for kids of all ages.

Golden Beer Tasting & Chili Cook-Off
As the biggest supporter of this revamped community event, GYP plays a key role in setup, guest experience, and event coordination. Hosted by the Golden Chamber of Commerce and Coors Distributing Company, GoldenFest combines chili, beer, family fun, and community spirit into one memorable fall celebration.
